Where to Eat Healthy While Supporting Local
FYI- I have read many studies about the consumption of red meat (or processed meat), & many claim that they can lead or are linked to high cholesterol, heart disease, and certain cancers. It has also been mentioned in some studies that those who consume red meat on a daily basis live shorter lives, therefore you will find no red meat on these lists. I am by no means a doctor or dietitian, so when reading this, please keep in mind, I am just a foodie who wants to share the healthy options I have found!! Enjoy!!
